Guests must be at least 26 years of age to book. Guests under 26 years of age must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the stay.
Parking: passes are included for "gated" garage on premises parking-one reserved parking spot and one unmarked first come, first served parking spot. Maximum vehicle height is 6'7". No trailer parking is permitted on premises.
Cleaning fee of $249 represents $180 for departure cleaning and $69 for damage protection coverage.
Guest interactionUpon arrival, guests will be greeted personally by a member of the property management team. Guests will be given a tour of the building, amenities and the private residence. Should any questions arise or you need assistance during your stay, you will be provided with contact information for the property management team. The building concierge is also available from 8:30am to 4:30pm Monday through Friday for questions pertaining to the building amenities and common areas.
